The Art of Jock store is operated by Uniquely Geekly on behalf of Jock. We handle fulfilment for multiple artists and studios, so orders are processed in batches rather than as same-day dispatch. During busy periods or around signing requests, dispatch can take longer.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for dispatch after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been sent, including tracking if you selected a tracked service at checkout.
We package all items carefully to help them arrive in the condition expected for display and collecting. Feedback is always welcome if there is anything we can improve.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on UK orders over £100 unless stated otherwise. Free shipping may not apply to certain items or special offers.
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. Available carriers are shown at checkout. DHL and UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
If your country is not shown at checkout, please contact us and we will investigate. Items remain available for purchase during enquiries and may sell in the meantime.
Customs and Duties:
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or handling fees once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
When your order ships, we will send a notification with tracking details if applicable. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of the shipping confirmation email (UK) or within a reasonable timeframe internationally based on the service used, contact us at contact@artofjock.com with your order number and we will look into it.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the outer packaging and the item so we can assist.
Our full Returns and Refund Policy applies. For clarity:
• Defective or incorrect items can be returned for a refund or replacement where stock allows.
• Non-defective returns (change of mind or condition preference) are accepted within the United Kingdom within 30 days; return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
• Non-defective returns are not accepted from outside the United Kingdom due to customs and international handling.
• Signed, limited or exclusive studio items may only be returned if faulty or incorrect or by prior agreement.
