Many items on the store are pre-signed by Jock. All items that aren't pre-signed can be signed by Jock. For comics please purchase the separate ‘Item Signed by Jock’ product for all comics you wish to have signed in your order. Items can be personalised to you if you leave details in the order comments when checking out. If only some items are being signed please detail which ones in the order comments field.
We take bundles of items to be signed by Jock every few weeks depending on his schedule so please allow up to 6 weeks before your signed items are sent out. If you want your signature in a particular place or colour mention it in the comments and we'll do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee that your requests will be possible.
Please note that the signature may differ slightly from the stock image as advertised. No remarques will be available unless explicitly offered by Jock on the product listing.
Most of the items on the store are Jock's personal 'comp' copies and have previously been stored in the boxes they arrived in or Jocks personal flatfile. All comics will be bagged and boarded where possible. We will check items are in good condition with no major damage. We are not professional graders and as such cannot guarantee a grade on comics. Please get in contact if you want to see photographs of the actual item you will be shipped before buying and we can email you some over but this may take a few days. Requesting photos will not guarantee the item is reserved for you as other customers may purchase it in the meantime via the store. We will not guarantee any items are 'mint' condition.
No - items are sold on a first come, first served basis. By adding an item to your cart, please be aware this does not reserve or hold the item for you and the item may sell out before you complete your purchase.
This is dependant on the item. A lot of the products on the store are Jock's personal/complimentary copies and once sold will not be replaced. Where possible we will indicate on the products if they will be restocked.
We do! We ship using DHL, UPS and Royal Mail. Some areas of the world may have restrictions on which service we're able to use. You'll see the shipping options available to you during checkout. DHL and UPS services cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

If you have not received your goods please contact Art of Jock to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that they can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.
As soon as Art of Jock has confirmed with Klarna that your cancelation / return has been accepted, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. You will see the return in the Klarna app immediately.
As soon as the store has registered your cancelation or your return, the refund will normally be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally used at checkout.
Once Art of Jock has received the return and Klarna have received our confirmation, Klarna shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
