The Art Of Jock store is run by Uniquely Geekly on behalf of Jock. Uniquely Geekly are a shipping and fulfilment provider for various artists so orders can sometimes take a while to dispatch, particularly in busy periods. Please allow 3-4 weeks for items you've ordered to dispatch after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include tracking details if you've chosen a tracked shipping service.
We will always endeavour to use the best packaging we can to ship your items so they arrive in the condition you expect. However we are always happy to receive feedback on customers that will help us improve the customer experience.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer worldwide shipping. If you are not getting a price for your country please get in contact and we will try to rectify the issue. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Items will remain on sale while you enquire about shipping costs so there is a risk they may sell to another customer.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Art of Jock is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Unfortunately orders shipped via our express courier shipping services cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address. Please supply a street address or use the Royal Mail shipping service for your order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In the event that an item is defective, missing, faulty or sent in error by us, the customer should email us to arrange the return of the item at firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer should, where possible, use and include all the original packaging to return their item/s to us.
Art of Jock will offer a replacement for the same product/s that were faulty or damaged. Where we cannot offer a replacement we will refund the cost of the item/s and postage where applicable.
The customer must return the item/s to Art of Jock within 30 days of receipt for faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect goods to qualify for a refund or replacement.
